Account Verification After Login In AHouse
AHouse runs an account check after you sign in to confirm who you are and to block fraud, duplicate accounts, and payment abuse.
Verification becomes mandatory before the first withdrawal, and it can also be triggered earlier if a login or payment looks unusual.
AHouse requests verification when you change core profile details (name, date of birth, email, phone), because the account data must match the payment owner.
New devices, a new location, repeated failed logins, or VPN/proxy traffic can prompt an extra check, including a request to confirm the device or re-upload documents.
Deposits can go through before full verification, but withdrawals and some account actions can be paused until the check is completed.
For card payments, AHouse may ask for proof that the card belongs to you, and it may restrict withdrawals back to the same funding method until ownership is confirmed.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence; the image must be clear, in colour, and show full name and date of birth.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months, showing your full name and current residential address.
- Payment method: For bank transfers, a statement or account page showing your name and IBAN/account number; for cards, a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits and your name (CVV must be covered).
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding your ID or a short live check in the app, used to match the document to the account holder.
Current status: after login, AHouse may let you play immediately, but it locks withdrawals until your identity and payment ownership pass verification.
